Crunchy Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cauliflower
    1 c. sliced radishes
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
    3/4 c. commercial sour cream
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. caraway seed
    1 (0.37 oz.) pkg. buttermilk salad dressing mix
Preparation
    Wash the cauliflower, break into flowerets.
    Combine cauliflower and next 3 ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
    Toss gently.
    Stir together remaining ingredients.
    Pour over vegetables; stir well.
    Spoon into serving bowl. Cover and chill before serving.
    Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
