Corn Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 oz.) cans cream-style corn
2 eggs
1 (7 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Combine corn, eggs, corn muffin mix, green chilies and 1/2 cup cheese in bowl; mix well.
Spoon into 10 x 10-inch baking dish; sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until set.
