Red Wine Biscotti(Serve With Cream Cheese Caviar Spread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. red wine
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients in food processor and process only until combined.
    Do not overmix. Remove dough and divide into thirds.
    Divide each third into eighths.
    Roll each piece into 3-inch lengths and form into a donut shape.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Cool.
    Makes 24 biscotti.
