Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine egg, sour cream and buttermilk; sift together flour, soda, baking powder, salt and sugar and add to liquids.
    Mix until batter is lumpy, but don't overbeat.
    Spoon about 1/4 cup of batter onto hot griddle and cook until bubbles form on top.
    Turn and brown the other side.
    Makes about 14 pancakes.
