Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. light corn syrup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 unbaked pie shell

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Cream butter and sugar.
Add potatoes and eggs.
Mix well.
Mix syrup, salt, milk and vanilla.
Add the potato mixture.
Pour into pie shell and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake 35 to 45 minutes.
