Quick Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 stick or 1/2 c. margarine
    1 can sliced peaches
Preparation
    Melt margarine in deep baking dish.
    Mix other ingredients. Pour over melted margarine.
    Add the sliced peaches (juice, too); do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Batter will rise to top during baking and will be crusty when cobbler is done.
