Butternut Squash Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large butternut
2 egg yolks
2 Tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar (or to taste)
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 stick butter
1/2 tsp. apple pie spice (optional)
Preparation

Cook squash until done; drain.
Add butter, then mash until smooth.
Add other ingredients. Pour into pie shell and bake until crust is done at 350\u00b0.
Add meringue and bake until brown.
