Veggie Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 oz. pkg. dry Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 pkg. crescent roll dough
    any of these vegetables, chopped: broccoli, cauliflower, onions, radishes, carrots, green peppers, or whatever else you might like*
Preparation
    *Need 1/2 cup each or whatever.
