Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 or 20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Drain pineapple chunks, saving 3 tablespoons juice.
    Combine sugar, flour and the juice.
    Heat over low heat until some of the sugar melts, then stir in pineapple and cheese.
    Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Place crushed crackers on top.
    Drizzle melted butter over crackers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
