Swiss Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag (about 3 c.) California Blend frozen vegetables, thawed and drained or use fresh broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese, divided in 1/2
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place vegetables in small, lightly greased, casserole dish.
    Combine sour cream, mushroom soup and 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Stir into vegetables.
    Bake 30 to 45 minutes. Place remaining cheese on for the last 5 minutes of baking. Serves 6 to 8.
