Sweet And Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 T. minced fresh onion
    2 T. milk
    Dash pepper
    1 bottle honey barbecue sauce
    1 small jar grape jelly
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Combine first 6 ingredients and form into 40 bite-size meatballs, using a full teaspoon of ground beef mixture for each meatball. Place meatballs on a flat baking pan and cook for approximately 20 minutes, turning meatballs after about 10 minutes. Drain off excess fat and put meatballs into crock-pot. Add barbecue sauce and grape jelly. Heat, stirring occasionally, until jelly is melted. Simmer, about 15 minutes, until sauce has thickened, basting occasionally. Makes 40 appetizers (3/4 cup of sauce).
