Cold Day Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans kidney beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
3/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

In a large saucepan over medium heat, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Yields 4 servings.
