Mushroom Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. mushrooms, chopped (four 8 oz. cans, drained)
    2 sticks butter
    3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. Accent
    4 c. lite cream (half and half)
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chives
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    4 loaves fresh white bread
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter. Blend in flour, salt and Accent. Stir in cream and cook until thick. Add lemon juice and chives. Blend well. Cut crust off bread and roll until thin, using rolling pin.
    Spread with sauce and roll up (jelly roll fashion). Freeze on cookie sheet in single layers.
    Keep frozen until ready to use.
