Impossible Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2 (8 oz. each) pkg. cream cheese, cut into about 1/2-inch cubes and softened

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 1 x 1 1/4-inch pie plate. Beat milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender on high speed 15 seconds.
Add cream cheese. Cover and blend on high speed 2 minutes.
Pour into pie plate. Bake 40 to 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool.
