Mom'S Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 qt. cucumbers, cut thin (do not peel)
2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
2 onions, sliced
Preparation

Combine cucumbers and salt and let set for 2 or more hours. Then drain well.
Combine remaining ingredients with cucumbers; mix well.
Refrigerate.
Will keep well.
