Sicilian Meat Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground chuck
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. V-8 juice (tomato juice)
3 Tbsp. parsley
3/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
10 to 12 thin slices ham
1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except for ham and cheese.
Place meat mixture on a piece of 12 x 10-inch foil, spreading to cover, almost to the edges.
Lay ham on top and sprinkle cheese over all.
