Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 large can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 Tbsp. flour
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation

Spray a shallow casserole dish with vegetable spray.
In casserole, spread pineapple.
Mix sugar, flour and reserved juice; pour over pineapple.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Mix together melted margarine and crushed crackers; sprinkle over pineapple and cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and lightly browned.
