Peanut Butter Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 egg yolks
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. warm water
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Combine egg yolks with starch, sugar and water.
Mix into paste, pour in milk.
Cook on medium heat, stirring continuously until mixture begins to thicken.
Beat in vanilla, butter and peanut butter.
Pour into a baked 9-inch crust.
May top with chocolate syrup (optional).
