Tin Roof Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    2 c. corn flakes, crushed
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    3 Tbsp. peanuts, chopped (unsalted)
    chocolate syrup, heated
Preparation
    In a 9-inch pie plate, combine peanut butter and corn syrup. Add cereal and mix until well combined.
    Press in bottom and up sides of plate. Chill. Spoon softened ice cream into shell. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Freeze.
    Remove from freezer 1 hour before serving. Serve with warm chocolate syrup.
    Serves 6 to 8.
