Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 green pepper, diced
    2 medium onions, diced
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1 large cabbage, shredded
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Bring mustard, turmeric, salt, sugar, water and vinegar to a boil in saucepan.
    Pour hot mixture over prepared vegetables.
    Let stand 2 days in refrigerator before serving.
