Tabouli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. fine wheat
    2 large bunches parsley
    1 c. mint leaves (fresh) or 1 Tbsp. dried
    1 bunch green onions
    5 tomatoes
    juice of 3 lemons
    1/4 c. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Clean and wash vegetables and chop. Wash and soak wheat 10 minutes. Squeeze water from wheat and add to vegetables. Add lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper and mix well. Serve over lettuce (romaine).
