Crab Meat Baked In A Ramekin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh lump crab meat
3/4 c. chopped celery
1 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 boiled eggs, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. Grey Poupon mustard
1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire
dash of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Combine all ingredients except fresh bread crumbs and divide among 6 lightly buttered 8-ounce ramekins. Cover lightly with bread crumbs and top with thin dots of butter. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until crumbs are golden brown.
Serves 6.
