Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. fat or oil
    2 lb. ground beef or chuck
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 c. chili sauce
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Drain off fat.
    Add all ingredients and simmer on low heat at least 1 hour, or put in slow cooker to cook for 1 1/2 hours.
