Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 c. raw cranberries
    3 oz. pkg. red gelatin (I use cherry)
    1 c. sugar
    14 large marshmallows or 140 small ones
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 peeled apple, chopped
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Boil water and cook cranberries until they pop.
    Add gelatin, sugar and marshmallows. Stir until dissolved.
    Cool.
    Add fruit and nuts.
    Serves 10 to 12.
