Ingredients

2 qt. sliced cucumbers
1 onion (more if you like)
2 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation

Mix together and let stand 24 hours in refrigerator.
Drain, do not rinse.
Then add sugar and vinegar.
Let stand another 24 hours in refrigerator, stirring occasionally, then ready to eat or freeze.
