Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs
    1 c. cream
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Put grated cheese (both kinds) into pie shell.
    Take chopped onion and saute in butter in pan.
    Add onion to cheese.
    Mix together eggs and cream.
    Add a dash of nutmeg.
    Pour eggs, cream and nutmeg into pie shell with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
