Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

any kind meat, chopped
1 small onion
1/2 small carrot, grated
1/4 green pepper, chopped
2 eggs, scrambled
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. Accent
2 tsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
3 c. cooked rice
Preparation

Fry bacon crisp and drain.
Using small amount of bacon drippings, fry onion, green pepper and carrot.
Add scrambled eggs to vegetables.
When done, remove from skillet.
Put butter in skillet and fry cooled rice until brown.
Add chopped meat and the vegetable/egg mixture.
Add seasonings and soy sauce.
Remove from heat and add finely chopped green onion, if desired.
