Homemade Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 c. fresh tomatoes, chopped
    1 1/2 c. onion
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    4 to 5 c. beef, chicken or turkey broth
    1/2 to 1 c. celery, sauteed
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Cook tomatoes until tender.
    Cook onion in olive oil until light tan in color.
    Can be canned at 15 pounds pressure for 1 hour.
