Parsley Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes (whole)
    garlic powder
    chopped or minced parsley
    1/2 stick butter
    3 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Peel and chop potatoes.
    Boil on stove top until very soft. Drain water.
    Add 1/2 stick of butter; stir until melted.
    Add sour cream; mix thoroughly.
    Add parsley and garlic powder to taste.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
