Vegetable Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. seasoned pepper
    1 c. Chex cereal
    1 lb. very lean ground meat
    2 c. (10 oz. pkg.) frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained (unsalted)
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded American cheese
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine egg, catsup, salt, onion powder, chili powder and seasoned pepper; stir in cereal to coat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir mixture to break up cereal.
    Add ground beef; mix well.
    Press gently into
    9-inch pie plate, shaping to fit.
