Rice Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 egg, beaten
    2/3 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    3 eggs
    1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pinch of nutmeg, sugar and cayenne pepper
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) thin sliced ham
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix rice, 1 egg and Swiss cheese.
    Press into 9-inch pie pan; refrigerate.
    Beat 3 eggs, milk, salt, nutmeg, sugar and pepper. Stir in ham and Cheddar cheese.
    Could also add chopped onion if you would like.
    Pour into crust and bake 15 minutes at 400\u00b0. Reduce and bake at 300\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
    Let cool before cutting. Serves 4 to 5.
