Pat'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O vanilla instant pudding
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
    1 graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Combine sweet potatoes, pudding mix, milk, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in a small mixer bowl.
    Beat at lowest speed of electric mixer until well blended, about 1 minute.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Spoon into crust.
    Freeze until firm, about 4 hours.
    Let stand at room temperature 20 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional topping, if desired.
