Chicken Casserole - The Best - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, boiled, deboned and cut into thumb-size pieces
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 small carton sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. poppy seed
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and place in ovenware dish.
    Make topping with one stack Ritz crackers, crumbled in 1 stick melted margarine.
    Sprinkle over top of casserole and bake until bubbly hot or about 30 minutes.
    Serves about 8.
