Chilled Peach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 peaches, peeled and quartered
    1 1/2 c. low-fat 2% milk
    6 ice cubes, cracked
    1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
    2 tsp. honey
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    sliced strawberry and sliced kiwi (garnish)
Preparation
    Combine peaches into blender with 1 cup milk and ice cubes. Process on medium speed until pureed.
    Add remaining 1/2 cup milk, sour cream, honey, ginger and nutmeg.
    Blend well.
    Garnish with sliced strawberry and sliced kiwi.
    Serves 4.
    Contains 181 calories and 1.2 grams fat.
