Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. or 4 c. sliced cooked carrots
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in bits
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 can celery soup
    2 c. herb seasoned bread cubes
    4 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1/2 cup oleo.
    Butter a 2-quart casserole dish and alternate carrots, onions, cheese and soup until used.
    Melt 4 tablespoons of oleo in flat pan.
    Stir in seasoned cubes and spread over top just before baking.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
