Pecan Delights - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. finely chopped pecans
2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
powdered sugar
Preparation

Cream the sugar, butter and shortening well.
Stir in chopped pecans.
Sift flour; measure and add to creamed mixture with salt and vanilla, mixing well.
Form into small balls, about 1 teaspoon of dough to each ball.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or just lightly browned.
Roll, while hot, in powdered sugar and again when cold.
