Crabmeat Mornay(Appetizer) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    4 or 5 green onions, chopped
    1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 pt. half and half
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
    red pepper to taste
    salt to taste
    1 lb. lump crabmeat
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy pot.
    Saute onions and parsley.
    Blend in flour, half and half and cheese, stirring until cheese is melted. Add other ingredients; gently fold in crabmeat.
