Oatmeal Nut Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. light molasses
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. rolled oats, uncooked
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add the oats and nuts. Combine the milk, egg, margarine, molasses and syrup.
    Mix with dry ingredients just enough to moisten flour.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake in a hot oven at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
