Coconut Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
    12 oz. Cool Whip
    1/2 c. milk
    2 small pkg. instant coconut cream pudding
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream or 1/2 gal. vanilla yogurt (frozen)
Preparation
    Roll crackers in plastic bag until fine crumbs.
    Melt margarine and add to crackers in pan.
    Mix together and pat to mold.
    Put in refrigerator to set for 1 hour.
