Tangy Bean Salad(Black-Eyed Pea) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1 small jar pimientos
    3 cans black-eyed peas
    onion rings (to garnish)
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, sugar, oil, onion and green pepper.
    Drain peas well and add to dressing.
    Add pimientos; garnish with onion rings if desired.
    Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours and serve. Great for picnics, holidays, any get together.
