Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 c. biscuit mix
    1 lb. sausage
Preparation
    Shred cheese.
    Add biscuit mix, and uncooked sausage.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Roll into small balls.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Yields:
    100.
    Bake, freeze and reheat.
