Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 peeled scraped carrots
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    8 oz. American cheese spread, cubed
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes until crisp-tender.
    Drain.
    Saute onions in butter in skillet and add cheese spread, sour cream and milk. Blend well.
    Stir in carrots and spoon into a greased casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs and parsley.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes until hot.
