Snicker Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    1 large bag caramels
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/3 c. milk
    1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix according to package directions.
    Pour 1/2 the batter into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
