Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. chuck roast
    1 stalk celery
    1 medium onion, chopped
    32 oz. bottle ketchup
    3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Pour liquid over meat, celery and onion after putting in roasting pan.
    Cover tightly and bake at 300\u00b0 for 6 hours.
    When done, take fork and break meat up.
    Juice will be absorbed and meat will flake apart.
