Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. melted oleo
    1 egg, beaten
    4 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    In
    a large mixing bowl, stir together yeast and sugar. Add
    2 cups of flour and warm water.
    Beat with electric mixer until well blended.
    Add remaining flour, oleo and egg.
    Beat again. Place
    into
    a
    greased
    bowl,
    cover and refrigerate. When
    ready to use, fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full and bake at
    400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Extra batter will keep several days.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
