Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cabbage, red and white
1 large carrot, grated
1 small onion, minced
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. lite sour cream
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
large pinch of sugar
salt and pepper (optional)
2 Tbsp. caraway seed
Preparation

Shred the cabbage using a sharp knife or a slicing blade of a food processor.
Put into a bowl with carrots and onions.
In a smaller bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
Add to vegetables and mix well.
Let sit in refrigerator at least 1 hour.
Add caraway seed before serving.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
