Mini Reubens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. corned beef (from deli)
16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained
16 oz. bottle Thousand Island dressing (will use a little over 1/2 the bottle)
1/3 lb. Swiss cheese, cut into squares
1 pkg. cocktail rye bread
Preparation

Mix corned beef, sauerkraut and approximately 1/2 bottle of dressing. Line a cookie sheet with the cocktail rye bread. Add a tablespoonful of beef mixture to tops of bread. Top with a square of Swiss cheese. Bake at 325\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
