Santa Fe Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can (7 oz.) diced green chilies
    1 pkg. tortilla chips
    1 pkg. (11 oz.) grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. sliced green onions, including tops
Preparation
    In medium skillet brown ground beef, stirring until cooked through; drain fat.
    Add taco seasoning; blend well.
    In small bowl combine broth and flour.
    Add to meat mixture; bring to a boil to slightly thicken.
    Stir in sour cream and green chilies.
    In lightly greased 13 x9-inch baking dish, layer half of chips, half of beef mixture, half of cheese and half of onions.
    Layer again with remaining ingredients, ending with onions.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
