Broccoli Topped Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
1 c. fresh or frozen chopped broccoli
3 Tbsp. water
1 c. sour cream with chives
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Wash, dry and rub potatoes with vegetable oil.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
When potatoes are close to done, cook broccoli in water until still slightly crunchy.
Do not drain. Mix in sour cream and cheese and heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Cut potatoes in half (lengthwise) without cutting all the way through.
Open potatoes and fluff inside with a fork.
Spoon broccoli mixture over each potato and serve immediately.
