Salted Peanut Chews - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
2/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. margarine or softened butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks
3 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
In a large bowl, combine all crust ingredients, except marshmallows, until crumb mixture forms.
Press into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown.
Immediately sprinkle marshmallows on top and bake 1 to 2 minutes longer or until marshmallows begin to puff.
Cool while preparing your topping.
